With over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Meza has been a trusted advisor assisting clients with the development, acquisition, and financing of more than 25,000 multifamily apartment units across key markets in California, Nevada, Texas, and Florida. Mr. Meza has also represented clients in numerous renewable energy projects in California, New York, Vermont, Maine, and Oregon, representing a combined power generation capacity of over 5,000 MW. In addition, Mr. Meza has significant experience representing clients in the acquisition, leasing, financing, and disposition of approximately 400 gas station and convenience store properties across California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.

Mr. Meza graduated from the University of California – Berkeley with a degree in Economics, and from the University of Michigan Law School with a Juris Doctor. During his sophomore year in college, Mr. Meza was awarded a scholarship by the American Economics Association to attend accelerated Economics classes during its Summer Training Program at Yale University.

Mr. Meza is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
